Order Processing / Shipping Info:

ORDER PROCESSING:

Generally, all orders will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. We work hard to ensure that our website is kept up to date with product availability, however if for some reason your product is not available we will notify you immediately so that you may either select a different item or change or cancel your order. 

SHIPPING RATES:

Retail Purchases:

$5.00 for all orders within the US.

An additional $15.00 will be added to all international orders.

Wholesale:

Based on desired carrier, weight and delivery time.

CARRIERS:

Your products will be shipped via USPS, UPS Ground or Fed Ex depending on your order size. If you desire a specific carrier, express shipping or Sunday delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order so that we may confirm that we are able to meet your request.  

SHIPPING SERVICES:

We will select the appropriate services depending on your order size and shipping address including insurance and delivery confirmation. If you require additional services such as 'signature required' for delivery, please contact us either prior to placing your order or as soon as your order is placed. 

Additional charges may be incurred for special handling, carriers or services.
