Orders: 

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days from receipt of your order. 

Out of Stock Items: 

Although we make every attempt to keep the website updated appropriately, if you should happen to order an item and it is currently out of stock, you will be notified immediately and have the opportunity to cancel your order or select another item.

Payments:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and purchase cards as well as PayPal vias SSL encryption on the website and personal checks and money orders via mail.  We also accept bank transfers for wholesale orders.

Tax:

A sales tax of 5% will be added to any order shipped within the state of Massachusetts.

Shipping & Delivery:

SHIPPING SERVICES:

We will select the appropriate services depending on your order size and shipping address including insurance and delivery confirmation. If you require additional services such as 'signature required' for delivery, please contact us either prior to placing your order or as soon as your order is placed. 

CARRIERS:

Your products will be shipped via USPS, UPS Ground or Fed Ex depending on your order size. If you desire a specific carrier, express shipping or Sunday delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order so that we may confirm that we are able to meet your request.

Individual Retail Purchases:

Delivery within the US: $5.00 shipping on all orders (excludes wholesale orders)

An additional $15.00 is applied to all international deliveries.

Wholesale:

Based on desired carrier, weight and delivery time.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us to discuss your return. We will be happy to exchange your items or offer you a full refund of the cost of the product (minus shipping). Your money will be refunded to the credit card (or other method) by which it was purchased. Due to the nature of the ingredients and products, refunds and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of products. Please remember that all returned products are waste and can not be resold. Please be sure to ask us all questions prior to placing your order. Thank you!

We do not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges on any and all Custom orders and products of the season. 

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items:

We offer a 14 day return policy so please make sure to inspect your package/order as soon as possible and notify us promptly. We are not able to accept returned items after the 14 day period has passed.

Privacy Policy:

We value your business and greatly respect your privacy. We do not "name drop" in order to sell products, nor will be ever rent, sell or distribute any of your personal information (including email), nor will we ever use any personally identifying information about you. Your business is important to us and we believe our products stand on their own and we are not reliant on our celebrity clientele to sell. If you have any questions at all about our privacy measures please let us know.

We occasionally offer  newsletters and promotions via email and we hereby reserve the right to offer to offer such on an ongoing service to our customers. If you no longer wish to receive any our correspondence please contact us and we will promptly remove you from our list.
